We welcome all students of all ages and experience. We train with serious intention within a supportive environment.  Our instructors all have over 35 years experience of training - and are still learning. All have Safeguarding, Coaching, DBS and First Aid accreditation.

Senior students also study Ryukyu Kobujutsu. This is a weapons system with origins in Okinawa, one of the Japanese islands. Before the emergence of styles of karate, empty-hand and weapons training were learned together. It is important to transfer skills and understanding between the two. We practice weapons as part of the Ryukyu Kobujutsu Association of Great Britain. (The right-hand side badge at the top of this page)

Our Kobujutsu class takes place at Cranford Community College. Located in Hounslow, West London. We are only 10 minutes drive away from Heathrow Airport and five minutes from the M4 (Junction 3)

Our Karate class takes place at Oaklands School in the Isleworth area of Hounslow. It is a further 5 minutes from the airport and the M4.

Shotokan Karate: Tuesdays: 6.30 pm - 7.30 pm - Sports Hall

All students have the option of attending additional courses once every two months.

We also have access to courses run nationally by other senior instructors.
